After founding several small distribution businesses, Max Lock created Fleet Logistics to disrupt the historically complex freight forwarding marketplace with a self-service transportation platform. Fleet Logistics eventually became a subsidiary of Expeditors. Over the last several years, he was awarded the Thiel Fellowship, raised over $15M and moved tens of thousands of shipments for thousands of businesses across the world. He became the Global Director of Cargo Signal in 2023.

Zach Stensland is a logistics professional with a passion for helping companies move goods more efficiently and securely. As Senior Services Manager for Cargo Signal at Expeditors, Zach leads a team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving operational excellence. Over his five years at Expeditors, he’s taken on a variety of roles that blend hands-on leadership with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Before joining Expeditors, Zach played a key role in the growth of Fleet Logistics. Starting as one of the first Account Executives, he quickly became a top producer, selling LTL, full-truckload, ocean, and air services. As Growth Manager, he built and led a team, developed targeted sales strategies, and helped expand Fleet’s reach in the SMB logistics market.

Zachary’s experience spans team building, sales leadership, and process optimization. He enjoys tackling complex logistics challenges and is committed to delivering results for customers and partners.

Arianna Dalceredo leads all accounting and compliance functions at Cargo Signal. Strong accounting, compliance, and business acumen fuel her success, as does her knack for proactive engagement with a wide range of corporate and customer stakeholders. Prior to her current position at Cargo Signal, Arianna worked for more than 10 years in the Seattle district office of Expeditors. While there, she worked her way from an entry-level receivables agent up to an accounting manager. In 2017, Arianna moved to Expeditors’ corporate headquarters to take on the role of Manager of Standards and Training for the Security, Health and Safety team. In that capacity, she also fulfilled the role of Program Manager for the Environmental, Social and Governance program. Arianna has an accounting diploma from Istituto Tecnico Commerciale Marco Polo, Arzignano, Italy.

Derek Moulton's career began at a major steamship line in Salt Lake City and Phoenix where he coordinated inland trucking and managed a fleet of company drivers. He has gained valuable experience in export and import traffic, documentation, customs regulations, hazmat procedures, safety and security, container yard operations, vessel operations, intermodal operations, and domestic trucking. Derek’s expertise in risk management further developed over years managing cargo claims accounts for globally recognized brands. In 2014, he became a founding member of a premium-level, 24/7 cargo monitoring service for sensitive shipments that grew to become Cargo Signal Solutions, LLC.

Gilda Montes is a Product Manager with a passion for supply chain innovation. She began her career at Expeditors, where she built a strong foundation in operations and customer success. Since joining Cargo Signal in 2019, she’s led customer onboarding, vendor partnerships, and compliance initiatives. Now, as the Smart Labels Program Manager, Gilda is focused on growing the program’s impact—bringing energy, collaboration, and practical IoT solutions to global logistics.
